Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-currency accounts payable/receivable systems
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
- Oversee payroll processing and HMRC compliance
- Manage VAT submissions and tax documentation
- Implement and optimize Xero/QuickBooks workflows
- Conduct internal audits and financial controls
- Support quarterly business reviews with financial insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' UK bookkeeping experience
- AAT Level 4 or equivalent qualification essential
- Advanced proficiency in Xero/QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven experience with multi-currency transactions
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and HMRC regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
