Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Xero and QuickBooks
- Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements monthly
- Prepare VAT returns and manage payroll processing
- Generate financial reports for client review and compliance
- Assist with quarterly and year-end financial audits
- Implement efficient bookkeeping processes for client portfolios
Qualifications
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting (3+ years)
- Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, and MS Excel
- AAT Level 3/4 or equivalent accounting qualification
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines
