- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero and QuickBooks
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare VAT returns and quarterly management accounts
- Support year-end audits and tax compliance
- Implement bookkeeping best practices for SME clients
- Collaborate with finance team on financial reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- AAT Level 3/4 or equivalent qualification required
- Advanced proficiency in Xero and QuickBooks
- Strong Excel skills with pivot table expertise
- UK GAAP compliance knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving
