- Manage end-to-end revenue cycle operations including charge capture, claim submission, and payment posting
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and insurance denials with 95%+ accuracy
- Conduct monthly AR analysis and aging reports to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations
- Train junior staff on billing software and compliance protocols
- Implement process enhancements to reduce claim rejection rates by 15%
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with CPT/ICD-10 coding expertise
- Proficiency in Epic, Medisoft, or NextGen billing systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization
- Excellent communication skills for resolving payer and client issues
- Ability to manage 200+ daily claims with attention to detail
