Responsibilities
- Perform detailed variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to identify trends and variances.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning purposes.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the financial impact of new business initiatives and strategic projects.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for operational improvements.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and manage the month-end close procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and reporting standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and financial reporting software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting tools and methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
