- Resolve complex billing discrepancies with precision and diplomacy
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure contract accuracy
- Analyze aging reports and implement collection strategies
- Utilize SAP and Salesforce for invoice generation and tracking
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and compliance standards
- Prepare monthly revenue reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial billing experience
- Expert proficiency in SAP and Salesforce CRM
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven success in reducing DSO by 15%+
- Deep understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
