- Implement billing process improvements using Epic EHR systems
- Conduct monthly revenue cycle performance audits
- Train junior staff on billing compliance procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience in US healthcare
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or RHIT credential
- Expertise in Medicare/Medicaid/Commercial payer regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Resolute and Denial Manager
- Proven track record of reducing AR days by 20%+
- Strong analytical skills with Excel pivot table expertise
- Ability to manage high-volume billing cycles during month-end close
