- Generate monthly revenue reports and identify process improvement opportunities
- Train staff on billing system updates and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with clinical departments to ensure charge capture completeness
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with insurance claim resolution
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification required
- Expertise in Epic EMR and Medisoft billing systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot table creation
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and CMS regulations
- Proven track record of reducing A/R days by 20%+
- Excellent written communication for patient correspondence
