Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles for enterprise clients
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and payment issues
- Analyze revenue trends and prepare monthly financial reports
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams on contract terms
- Optimize billing processes using Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
- Lead month-end closing activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in billing, revenue recognition, or accounts receivable
- Expertise in Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite billing modules
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- SAP or ERP system proficiency required
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industry preferred
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) designation a plus
