Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles for B2B clients using Oracle NetSuite
- Resolve complex billing discrepancies and audit exceptions
- Optimize AR processes to maintain 95%+ on-time payment rates
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams on contract terms
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive leadership
- Train junior billing staff on SOPs and compliance requirements
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume billing experience in SaaS or healthcare
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise and Salesforce CPQ
- CPB (Certified Professional Biller) certification required
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Proven ability to resolve 50+ billing disputes monthly
- Experience with EDI 810 and 824 transaction processing
- Knowledge of Colorado state tax regulations
- BS/BA in Finance or Accounting preferred
