Responsibilities
- Manage complex billing cycles for enterprise clients using NetSuite and Salesforce CPQ
- Resolve billing discrepancies and audit payment discrepancies within SLA timelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Develop and implement billing process improvements using Lean methodologies
- Prepare monthly revenue reports for executive leadership
- Maintain compliance with SOX and GAAP billing standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of billing/revenue cycle experience in SaaS or FinTech
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, and Excel advanced functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for complex reconciliations
- Experience with EDI and API integrations for automated billing
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
