Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments)
- Resolve account inquiries and educate clients on digital banking tools
- Cross-sell financial products (credit cards, loans, savings accounts)
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily transaction records
- Adhere to BSA/AML compliance protocols and security procedures
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Support community outreach initiatives at local events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including Saturdays
- Required: FINRA Series 6 or 63 license within 90 days of hire
