- Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and audit trails
- Train junior billing staff on best practices
- Generate monthly revenue cycle performance reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credentials
- Expertise in Epic and NextGen EHR systems
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing software
- Demonstrated knowledge of CMS regulations and CPT/ICD-10 coding
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
