Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for diverse client portfolios
- Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies with exceptional attention to detail
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure accurate invoicing
- Implement billing system optimizations to enhance efficiency
- Prepare monthly revenue reports and financial reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and industry regulations
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and software systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Expertise in Epic, Medisoft, or similar billing platforms
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
- Experience with AR management and collections processes
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
