- Utilize Epic and Meditech systems to maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and industry best practices
- Generate monthly financial reports for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience in a healthcare setting
- Expertise in insurance claim resolution and denial management
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credentials required
- Advanced proficiency in Epic and Meditech billing platforms
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Exceptional communication abilities for patient and insurance liaison
- Proven track record of reducing AR days by 15%+
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance preferred
