Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple client accounts
- Manage accounts receivable and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure accurate billing documentation
- Generate monthly financial reports and aging analyses for leadership
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency
- Communicate with clients regarding payment statuses and resolution plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition principles
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or similar credential preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
