- Collaborate with clinical teams to verify charge accuracy
- Train staff on billing system updates (Epic EMR preferred)
- Generate monthly revenue cycle performance reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years medical billing experience with commercial/MA payers
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding and HCPCS modifiers
- Advanced proficiency in Epic Resolute or similar RCM systems
- Proven track record reducing DSO by 15%+
