- Implement process improvements for billing efficiency
- Ensure compliance with SOX and GAAP standards
- Train junior staff on billing systems and protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing/revenue cycle experience
- Expertise in NetSuite and Salesforce billing modules
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in SaaS/subscription-based billing models
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
