Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and contracts
- Manage accounts receivable collections and payment applications
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with clients
- Generate monthly billing reports for finance leadership
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams on billing processes
- Maintain accurate customer billing records in ERP systems
- Support month-end closing activities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP billing principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business required
- Experience with healthcare or SaaS billing preferred
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
