Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle accounting operations including month-end closes and reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting with precision
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Prepare weekend-specific financial statements and variance analyses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Expertise in GAAP, financial reporting, and month-end processes
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
