- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple clients and projects
- Manage credit card processing and ACH payment systems
- Resolve billing discrepancies with clients and internal stakeholders
- Generate monthly revenue reports and financial statements
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to optimize billing workflows
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Salesforce CRM
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with high-volume B2B billing cycles
- CPA or accounting certification preferred
