Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing cycles for corporate and government clients
- Review and reconcile invoices against contracts and purchase orders
- Resolve billing discrepancies through proactive client communication
- Utilize SAP and QuickBooks for invoice generation and payment tracking
- Analyze aging reports to accelerate cash flow and reduce DSO
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams on billing strategy
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and SOX regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in billing software (SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
- Knowledge of healthcare or government billing regulations preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
