- Conduct regular audits of billing data for compliance
- Provide exceptional support to clients regarding billing inquiries
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced knowledge of billing cycles and compliance requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in SaaS or tech industry preferred
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
