Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts and services
- Actively promote bank products and services to qualified clients
- Conduct daily cash drawer reconciliation and audits
- Support branch operations through efficient workflow management
- Collaborate with wealth management team for complex client needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience
- Proven track record in customer service excellence
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas Notary Public certification preferred
- BA/BS in Finance or related field preferred
- bilingual Spanish/English proficiency highly desirable
