Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, wire transfers, and currency exchanges
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products (loans, credit cards, investments)
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and solution-oriented approaches
- Maintain accurate transaction records and adhere to strict compliance protocols
- Train junior tellers on operational procedures and customer service excellence
- Conduct daily cash balancing and ATM replenishment duties
- Support branch initiatives to enhance digital banking adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in financial services
- Proven track record in exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Proficient with core banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Valid Nevada driver's license and clean background check
- College degree preferred or equivalent professional certification
