Responsibilities
- Process high-volume cash transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining strict compliance protocols
- Build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients through personalized financial consultations
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries regarding account discrepancies and fraud prevention
- Train junior tellers on new banking technologies and operational procedures
- Drive branch performance goals through cross-selling of premium banking products
- Maintain meticulous records of daily transactions and regulatory reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in retail banking or cash handling
- Advanced proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 securities license preferred
- Demonstrated expertise in fraud detection and anti-money laundering procedures
- Exceptional mathematical aptitude with zero cash handling discrepancies
- Professional demeanor under high-pressure scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field required
