Responsibilities
- Process complex transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and disputes with empathy and problem-solving expertise
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Train and mentor new tellers on operational procedures and customer service standards
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions with precision
- Support branch operations initiatives and community outreach programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in a financial services environment
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, BSA, AML)
- Proficiency in banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Associate's degree in Finance/Business or equivalent experience
