Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume cash transactions with 99.9% accuracy while maintaining strict regulatory compliance
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for deposit products, loans, and digital banking solutions
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding account discrepancies, fraud prevention, and service issues
- Maintain meticulous branch cash management procedures including vault operations and ATM replenishment
- Train junior tellers on new systems, compliance protocols, and customer service best practices
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to support commercial and retail client needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in a regulated financial institution
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in banking environment
- Familiarity with Reg CC, EFTA, and BSA/AML compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in Fiserv or core banking platforms
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with diverse clientele
- Valid Washington State Notary Public commission preferred
- Associate's degree in Finance or Business preferred
