Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through in-person transactions, account inquiries, and problem resolution
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Assist with branch operational tasks including ATM maintenance and record-keeping
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote financial literacy
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless branch operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
- Must pass background check and credit screening
