Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build lasting relationships by identifying financial needs and recommending appropriate products/services
- Balance cash drawers daily and adhere to strict security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist with marketing campaigns for bank products and services
- Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or cash handling experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations preferred
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
