Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and recommending appropriate banking solutions
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balancing and daily transaction records
- Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services
- Adhere to all banking regulations, security protocols, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with branch team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
