Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing inquiries about accounts, products, and services
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with precision

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
