Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 100% accuracy while maintaining cash drawer integrity
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet sales targets
- Resolve customer inquiries and complex account issues efficiently
- Train and mentor new tellers on banking procedures and compliance
- Assist branch manager with daily operations and audits
- Uphold strict regulatory standards including BSA/AML protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in banking or retail
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in customer service role
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations (Reg CC, Reg E, BSA)
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with banking software and Microsoft Office suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Valid Texas Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain)
