Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with 99.8% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build and maintain client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Resolve complex account inquiries and escalate specialized requests efficiently
- Cross-sell bank products while maintaining ethical compliance standards
- Maintain $1M+ cash drawer with daily reconciliation procedures
- Train junior staff on new banking technologies and compliance protocols
- Contribute to branch sales goals through proactive client engagement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail banking experience with proven transaction volume
- FINRA Series 6/63 or 7 securities license preferred
- Advanced knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and fraud prevention
- Proficiency in core banking systems (e.g., Fiserv, Fiserv Core)
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills with diverse clientele
- Ability to achieve 95% customer satisfaction metrics
- Spanish language fluency highly desirable
- BA/BS in Finance or related field preferred
