Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Assist customers with account inquiries, check cashing, and payment solutions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Support branch operations as needed (safe deposits, vault duties)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with banking software and basic MS Office
- Fraud prevention and regulatory knowledge
