Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Provide personalized financial guidance and cross-sell bank products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Support branch operations through account maintenance and documentation processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport across diverse demographics
- Familiarity with banking regulations (Regulation E, BSA, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
