Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial consultations
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet client needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records and cash drawer accountability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in a banking or financial services environment
- Proven track record in customer relationship management and sales
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- BA/BS in Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- FINRA Series 6 or 63 license highly desirable
