Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening and personalized financial guidance
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Support branch operations through cash management and record-keeping
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Proficient with banking software and digital transaction platforms
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex financial concepts
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends (Saturdays required)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Federal banking compliance certification within 90 days of hire
- Basic knowledge of anti-money laundering procedures
