Responsibilities
- Process complex financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and wire transfers with 100% accuracy
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Balance cash drawers and daily transactions while adhering to strict compliance standards
- Train and mentor new tellers on branch procedures and customer service protocols
- Participate in community outreach initiatives representing First Atlanta Financial
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of cash handling experience in a financial services environment
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service and relationship building
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Proficiency with banking software and digital transaction platforms
- Valid Georgia Notary Public Commission preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays and occasional evenings
