Responsibilities
- Process 50+ daily transactions with precision and efficiency
- Resolve complex customer inquiries regarding accounts and services
- Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products
- Maintain strict compliance with federal banking regulations
- Train junior tellers on new procedures and technologies
- Conduct daily cash audits and ATM replenishment duties
- Collaborate with branch leadership on service improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience with cash handling
- Proven ability to maintain 100% accuracy in transaction processing
- Strong knowledge of Reg CC, EFTA, and BSA/AML regulations
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Proficiency in Fiserv core banking systems
- Associate degree in Finance or related field required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
