Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of our core AI models and infrastructure for the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, design) to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Oversee the implementation of deep learning and natural language processing (NLP) solutions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers.
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations.
- Publish research findings and contribute to open-source projects to maintain industry leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to deployment.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
