- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge research papers and emerging technologies into production-ready code.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering leaders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices for bias mitigation and transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a specific focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience deploying, scaling, and managing AI workloads on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams, managing complex projects, and driving technical decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
