Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary algorithms to improve model accuracy and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, researchers, and security experts to deploy AI solutions.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and resource consumption in production environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, ensuring our technology stack remains cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning, deep learning, or artificial intelligence research.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models into production.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
