Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and AI infrastructure using Python and modern frameworks.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning to advance Project 2026 capabilities.
- Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, reduce latency, and scale systems to handle billions of requests efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists and product managers to translate complex research into production-ready applications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the AI division.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Hugging Face.
- Cloud Expertise: Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems and implement innovative solutions in high-pressure environments.
