Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for our AI ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration with existing cloud infrastructure and legacy systems by the 2026 target date.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, defining clear milestones and deliverables for the 2026 Horizon Initiative.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements, reduce latency, and optimize computational efficiency for large-scale neural networks.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and implement robust solutions to mitigate risks before they impact project timelines.
- Standards Compliance: Establish and enforce best practices for coding, security, and ethical AI usage across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of delivering complex AI projects on time and within budget, specifically experience targeting aggressive future milestones.
- Leadership: Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive cross-departmental collaboration.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and system reliability.
