Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Design robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure capable of processing petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the architecture of next-generation neural networks and generative models, pushing the boundaries of current state-of-the-art technology.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of software engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product and research teams to translate complex scientific concepts into deployable software solutions.
- Ensure all systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of designing large-scale machine learning systems in production environments.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts and future-proofing architectures.
