Responsibilities
- Manage and process high-volume vendor invoices with a focus on 99% accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Handle month-end and year-end close procedures specifically for the weekend shift operations.
- Communicate proactively with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing inquiries.
- Utilize advanced accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) to maintain up-to-date ledgers.
- Assist in the month-end reporting process and audit preparations.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or General Accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience working in a Weekend Shift environment is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.
