Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice entry, coding, and approval workflows.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate vendor master data and facilitate positive vendor relationships.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals and adjustments.
- Prepare and analyze AP reports to support financial decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
