Responsibilities
- Process and verify a high volume of invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Manage vendor relationships, including onboarding new suppliers and answering inquiries.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ERP system (SAP/Oracle).
- Prepare reports for management regarding accounts payable status and aging.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
