Responsibilities
- Process and verify high-volume invoices for accuracy and completeness in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update vendor master files, ensuring all data is current and compliant.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, including account reconciliation.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments.
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) for data entry and reporting.
- Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation as requested.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and general ledger functions.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
